A dynamic, invigorating low-impact class using light weights and body resistance to burn fat and strengthen muscles.  Stretching is incorporated during class to increase flexibility.  Participants are encouraged to wear socks with grip on the bottom.

IRON FIT CHALLENGE - Small Group Speciality Training

Join the IRON FIT CHALLENGE and experience high-intensity, full-body workouts, specifically designed to "make it rain" sweat!  From circuit-style routines that jump-start cardio fitness, to creative muscletoning exercises using TRX BANDS, BATTLE ROPES, TRACTOR TIRES, KETTLEBELLS or even the participant's body weight!  Each training session brings its own unique challenges.  These workouts are designed for intermediate to advanced participants.

Cost:

Buddy Bootcamp

Starting in May 2018 Buddy Bootcamp will just be ONE class versus 4 week sessions.  MUST still register in advance as a minimum is needed to hold the class.  You AND your buddy must BOTH register.  You DO need a buddy in order to take this class.
